How to access Internet on board

On board our Mein Schiff® fleet, you can connect to our on-board network free of charge to continue planning your cruise as usual, even while at sea. You can use the My Cruises portal or the Mein Schiff® app to access the daily program of your cruise or to make reservations, for example in restaurants or in the spa. You can also book and manage internet tariffs in My Cruises so that you can surf the internet and share your vacation adventures on the go.

How you can connect:

Step 1
Activate free ship network
On board, you have the option of connecting to our free ship network via the Wi-Fi function on your mobile device. This does not yet offer Internet access, but you can use the My Cruises area or the Mein Schiff® app. There you can view the daily program of your trip or make reservations, for example in restaurants or in the spa.
Step 2
Login
Log in with your Mein Schiff® account (e-mail address and password) in My Cruises or in the Mein Schiff® app. Select your current cruise. There you will find a button that will take you directly to the internet portal on board.
Step 3
Manage Internet tariff
You can book and/or manage your tariff in our Internet portal. You can find detailed information on the available tariffs before and during your cruise in the My Cruises portal.
