Missing objects - Important information
Cash cards are always automatically destroyed on board for security reasons
The legal retention period is 6 months - if your trip was longer ago, your missing item can usually no longer be transferred to you
As soon as you have made the enquiry and the item has been found, the fee will be charged.
The fee depends on your port of departure, NOT on the current sailing area (subject to change for deliveries abroad).
