Consumer dispute resolution / ODR platform

The European Commission provides a platform for the online settlement of consumer disputes (ODR platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, TUI Cruises GmbH does not currently participate in this - for them voluntary - procedure for alternative dispute resolution. Therefore, the ODR platform cannot be used by our customers. A consumer arbitration board responsible for customers is also the Allgemeine Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle des Zentrums für Schlichtung e. V., Straßburger Str. 8, 77694 Kehl, phone 07851 / 795 79 40, fax 07851 / 795 79 41, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de, e-mail: mail@verbraucher-schlichter.de. TUI Cruises GmbH also does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this body.
