
Barrier-free arrival and departure
For guests who are dependent on a wheelchair, have booked their flight via TUI Cruises and are unable to board a transfer bus despite assistance, a barrier-free transfer to the ship or airport is included. The need for a separate transfer is requested and organised at the time of booking using the questionnaire.
Special transferThe separate transfer can only be offered at the official ports of arrival (start and destination of the journey). For arrivals and departures in German harbours, no special transfer is offered between the main station and the feel-good ship.
You are travelling to/from the ship independently and would like wheelchair transfer (extra charge applies) between the airport and the ship? To arrange this, we need your flight details including flight number and flight times.
Good to know: The transfer is only possible between the airport and the ship. We would be delighted to let you know the cost of a pre-ordered wheelchair transfer by car, minivan or vehicle with a ramp.
Check-in for guests with physical disabilitiesGuests with physical disabilities can use the separate area for guests of the suites and junior suites at check-in. Please contact our team on site - they will be happy to help you.
We ask for your understanding that there may be waiting times here too. Use of this check-in area does not automatically include early check-in. Therefore, please adhere to the time slot from your online check-in.
On every embarkation day, our team is on hand to accompany guests with reduced mobility from check-in to the gangway. It is not necessary to book in advance.
Important: Please understand that, for insurance reasons, our crew cannot provide any assistance once you have boarded the ship.
