No matter how you travel to Mein Schiff ®, whether by car, bus, train or plane, you no longer have to carry heavy suitcases. Depending on the port of departure and destination of your cruise, your luggage will be transported from your front door to the departure airport or even directly to the ship and from there back home.

The luggage service at a glance
House-to-ship service
The house-to-ship service offers direct delivery and collection of your luggage to and from the ship in all German ports (Bremerhaven / Hamburg / Kiel / Warnemünde) as well as in Las Palmas (Gran Canaria), Santa Cruz (Tenerife) and Palma de Mallorca (Majorca). In addition, the house-to-ship service is available for departures from Barcelona.

Home-airport service
The in-house airport service includes delivery and collection to and from the departure airport with a meeting point in front of check-in or at the baggage carousel. This service is available for the German airports of Berlin, Frankfurt a. M. and Munich.

Billing
Billing: Billing for the baggage service on arrival and departure is simple and cashless, by direct debit or credit card, after the service has been provided.
