Price description
The tour operator of the competition is TUI Cruises GmbH (hereinafter: TUI Cruises).
The profit: All participants will be entered into a draw to win a Balcony Cabin for 2 people for the voyage "10 nights - Highlights of the Western Mediterranean - from/to Palma" on the Mein Schiff Flow (travel period: 24/09 - 04/10/2016). The prize includes the Balcony Cabin for occupancy by max. 2 persons and the Mein Schiff® Premium inclusive benefits. Arrival and departure are included in the price (subject to availability).
Conditions of participation
1. The competition runs from 30.01.2026 to 30.06.2026.
2. Anyone who has reached the age of 18 by 30 June 2026 is eligible to take part. Employees of TUI Cruises GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
3. Participation with fake identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
4. Anyone can participate via a submission. Participation in the competition is possible via the form on the Mein Schiff® website and via the competition post on the Instagram profile @meinschiffofficial. A winner will be chosen from all participants on the website and Instagram profile. To enter the competition via the website, the form at https://www.meinschiff.com/de/gewinnspiel-mein-schiff-flow-26 must be completed, for which a valid e-mail address is required. To finalise participation, the email address provided must be verified via the confirmation link. Without confirmation of the e-mail address, registration for the competition will be invalid. Multiple submissions via the website will be counted as a single entry.
5. A prize draw will be held among all participants as part of a random selection within 5 days from 01/07/2026.
6. The drawn winner will be contacted by TUI Cruises either by email or via Instagram private message. The winner must then claim their prize within three working days and contact us by email at cooperation-development@tuicruises.com or by Instagram private message. The entitlement to a prize payout lapses if a winner does not respond within this period. The prize will then be raffled again among all participants.
7. The prize is only valid for the products offered in the competition. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
8. Any violation of these conditions of participation entitles TUI Cruises to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if content (e.g. comments) violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that could be seen as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or degrading or otherwise offend social decency. If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently cancelled.
9. TUI Cruises reserves the right to change, pause or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if, due to fraud, technical reasons or other reasons beyond the control of TUI Cruises, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
10. German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.
12. The closing date for entries is 30 June 2026 at 23:59.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
In the context of participation in the competition, we process personal data (in the case of winning: Salutation, first and last name, e-mail address, user communication). Personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) DSGVO. Your participation in the competition and your consent are voluntary. By participating, you also agree to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive a marketing profile as part of our measures to send you customised offers. Recipients or categories of recipients
Data will not be passed on to uninvolved third parties. We reserve the right to use service providers as vicarious agents. Where we use service providers, we have entered into data protection agreements with these service providers. Others
You are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide your personal data. However, it is necessary to provide your personal data in order to receive newsletters and to participate in the prize draw. Failure to provide personal data will result in the impossibility of participating in the competition, in particular the determination and distribution of prizes.
Automated decision-making including profiling in accordance with Art. 22 DSGVO does not take place.
Storage duration
Tax and commercial law retention periods apply with regard to the data processed by the determined winner during the organisation of the competition and the subsequent drawing of the products. In accordance with § 147 para. 1 of the German Fiscal Code (AO), these amount to
Ten years for accounting documents and six years for business documents in accordance with § 257 (1) of the German Commercial Code (HGB). Since you consent to receive newsletters, we will keep your data such as surname, first name and e-mail address until cancelled.
