Mein Schiff Flow 2026 competition
Price description
The tour operator of the competition is TUI Cruises GmbH (hereinafter: TUI Cruises).
The profit: All participants will be entered into a draw to win a Balcony Cabin for 2 people for the voyage "10 nights - Highlights of the Western Mediterranean - from/to Palma" on the Mein Schiff Flow (travel period: 24/09 - 04/10/2016). The prize includes the Balcony Cabin for occupancy by max. 2 persons and the Mein Schiff® Premium inclusive benefits. Arrival and departure are included in the price (subject to availability).
Conditions of participation
1. The competition runs from 30.01.2026 to 30.06.2026.
2. Anyone who has reached the age of 18 by 30 June 2026 is eligible to take part. Employees of TUI Cruises GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
3. Participation with fake identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
4. Anyone can participate via a submission. Participation in the competition is possible via the form on the Mein Schiff® website and via the competition post on the Instagram profile @meinschiffofficial. A winner will be chosen from all participants on the website and Instagram profile. To enter the competition via the website, the form at https://www.meinschiff.com/de/gewinnspiel-mein-schiff-flow-26 must be completed, for which a valid e-mail address is required. To finalise participation, the email address provided must be verified via the confirmation link. Without confirmation of the e-mail address, registration for the competition will be invalid. Multiple submissions via the website will be counted as a single entry.
5. A prize draw will be held among all participants as part of a random selection within 5 days from 01/07/2026.
6. The drawn winner will be contacted by TUI Cruises either by email or via Instagram private message. The winner must then claim their prize within three working days and contact us by email at cooperation-development@tuicruises.com or by Instagram private message. The entitlement to a prize payout lapses if a winner does not respond within this period. The prize will then be raffled again among all participants.
7. The prize is only valid for the products offered in the competition. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
8. Any violation of these conditions of participation entitles TUI Cruises to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if content (e.g. comments) violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that could be seen as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or degrading or otherwise offend social decency. If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently cancelled.
9. TUI Cruises reserves the right to change, pause or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if, due to fraud, technical reasons or other reasons beyond the control of TUI Cruises, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
10. German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.
12. The closing date for entries is 30 June 2026 at 23:59.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
For the purpose of administering the prize draw, we process personal data. In the event of winning, this may include title, first name, surname, email address and correspondence relating to the prize draw. Personal data is processed on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Participation in the prize draw and the provision of consent are voluntary. By entering the prize draw, you also consent to receiving our newsletter and to the creation of a marketing profile in order to provide you with personalised offers and communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The easiest way to do so is by sending an email to Abmeldung@tuicruises.com.
Recipients or categories of recipients
Personal data will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties.
We reserve the right to engage service providers acting on our behalf. Where service providers are engaged, appropriate data protection agreements have been concluded with them. Should you be selected as a winner, we may share personal data with our service providers where necessary for the performance and fulfilment of the prize. Additional Information
You are neither legally nor contractually obliged to provide your personal data. However, provision of your personal data is necessary in order to receive newsletters and participate in the prize draw. Failure to provide the required data will mean that participation in the prize draw, including the determination and awarding of prizes, is not possible. No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.
Retention period
With regard to personal data processed for the administration of the prize draw and the subsequent awarding of prizes, statutory retention periods under German tax and commercial law apply.
These retention periods are:
Ten years for accounting and booking records pursuant to Section 147(1) of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung, AO);
Six years for commercial business records pursuant to Section 257(1) of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB).
As you consent to receiving newsletters, we will retain your personal data, including your first name, surname and email address, until you withdraw your consent.
