Safety and flexibility are our top priority when planning your trip with Mein Schiff. Should you change your mind after booking an insurance service, you can easily exercise your right of withdrawal here.

Please note for your withdrawal:

• The cancellation period is generally 14 days (exception: last-minute bookings made 29 days or less before the start of the trip – for these bookings, cancellation of the insurance is not possible)
• The period begins upon receipt of the insurance policy
• Valid for additional services purchased online via meinschiff.com
