Price description
The tour operator of the competition is TUI Cruises GmbH (hereinafter: TUI Cruises).
We are giving away daily prizes with a total value of €989.50. Day 1: 10 x Mein Schiff Easter pralines, Day 2: 10 x Mein Schiff dry bags, Day 3: 10 x bottles of Mein Schiff sparkling wine, Day 4: 8 x Mein Schiff beach towels, Day 5: 5 x Mein Schiff thermal drinking bottles, Day 6: 15 x Mein Schiff luggage tags, Day 7: Captain Son Collection – 2 x crossbody bags, 1 x Bergen backpack, 1 x Yogo Sandstone backpack.
Conditions of participation
1. The competition runs from 01.04.–07.04.2026.
2. Anyone who has reached the age of 18 by 07.04.2026 is eligible to participate. Employees of TUI Cruises GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Participation is free of charge.
3. Participation using fake identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
4. Each person may participate through one submission. The form on the website https://www.meinschiff.com/de/osterkalender-gewinnspiel must be completed. A valid email address is required. To finalize participation, the email address must be verified via the confirmation link. Without confirmation, the entry becomes invalid. Multiple submissions count as one.
5. Winners will be drawn at random within 5 business days after 07.04.2026.
6. Winners will be contacted by TUI Cruises via email. They must claim their prize within 5 business days by emailing cooperation-development@tuicruises.com. If the winner does not respond, the prize will be redrawn.
7. Prizes apply exclusively to the items listed. Cash payment, exchanges, or transfer of prizes are excluded.
8. Violations of these terms entitle TUI Cruises to exclude participants. This applies especially to unlawful or offensive content. If the excluded participant has already won, the prize may be revoked.
9. TUI Cruises reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the competition at any time for reasons such as fraud or technical issues.
10. German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
11. If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected.
12. Deadline for participation is 07.04.2026 at 23:59.
13. Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or paid out in cash. No replacement will be provided in case of loss or theft.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
In the context of participation in the competition, we process personal data (in the case of winning: Salutation, first and last name, e-mail address, user communication). Personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) DSGVO. Your participation in the competition and your consent are voluntary. By participating, you also agree to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive a marketing profile as part of our measures to send you customised offers. Recipients or categories of recipients
Data will not be passed on to uninvolved third parties. We reserve the right to use service providers as vicarious agents. Where we use service providers, we have entered into data protection agreements with these service providers. Others
You are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide your personal data. However, it is necessary to provide your personal data in order to receive newsletters and to participate in the prize draw. Failure to provide personal data will result in the impossibility of participating in the competition, in particular the determination and distribution of prizes.
Automated decision-making including profiling in accordance with Art. 22 DSGVO does not take place.
Storage duration
Tax and commercial law retention periods apply with regard to the data processed by the determined winner during the organisation of the competition and the subsequent drawing of the products. In accordance with § 147 para. 1 of the German Fiscal Code (AO), these amount to
Ten years for accounting documents and six years for business documents in accordance with § 257 (1) of the German Commercial Code (HGB). Since you consent to receive newsletters, we will keep your data such as surname, first name and e-mail address until cancelled.
