Regardless of whether you have food allergies, intolerances or special diets - we make sure that you feel well looked after at all times, including in terms of culinary delights.

Before the journey: Simply communicate your needs

To enable us to prepare for your stay in the best possible way, we ask you to enter any special dietary requirements or allergies in advance in the My Cruises section. This allows our team to adapt to your requirements before you arrive.

Allergy meeting at the beginning of the trip

At the beginning of each trip, we cordially invite all guests with food intolerances or allergies to our allergy meeting. Even if you have already provided your details in advance, we recommend that you take part so that we can clarify any open questions directly in a personal dialogue with our specialist staff.

You will find the invitation to this on the day of embarkation both in your cabin and in the daily programme. A further appointment on the following day ensures that all guests have the opportunity to participate.

Throughout your journey, you will be attentively accompanied by our service and kitchen team:

  • Your comments will be actively taken into account when placing your order in the restaurant.
  • Your meals are prepared individually and with special care.

In our à la carte restaurants, we are happy to customise the dishes to your individual requirements. The Mâitre will help you choose suitable dishes.
