Data protection notice for externally organised shore excursions

When you book the desired shore excursion, we transmit your master data (first name, surname and date of birth) and various data from your manifest to the tour operator for the purpose of organising the shore excursion. This includes, for example, your cabin number, but also your passport details. The tour operators may require further information to organise your excursion. Please note that we also transfer your data on trips outside the European Economic Area to tour operators who are not subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and that the tour operators themselves are responsible for processing this data. TUI Cruises has no influence on the processing of this data.
