2. Purposes, legal bases and retention periods
Guest satisfaction is our top priority! With your details you give us the opportunity to analyse your travel review for quality purposes and to contact you personally. If you provide us with additional personal information such as the cabin number, your name or other personal information with the guest questionnaire, we process this data with the other information in the questionnaire as well as your data stored by TUI Cruises on the occasion of the trip in order to provide you with personalised offers for the Mein Schiff® fleet in the future. We also use your feedback on our services to improve the quality of our services. With your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR), we will store your data and also contact you by telephone or e-mail if you provide us with your contact details. If you have given us your consent for a processing operation, the data associated with the granting of consent will be stored for the duration of the processing operation and for a further three years after its completion within the scope of the statute of limitations.
3. Transfer of your data to third parties or to third countries
Your data will not be transferred to third parties or to third countries or international organisations outside the scope of European data protection legislation.
4. Provision of your data
The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required or necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide personal data. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place. We use methods such as selection logic, regressions and probability trees to create offers according to your personal interests.
