TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The tour operator of the prize draw is TUI Cruises GmbH (hereinafter: TUI Cruises).

The prize:

All participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a Balcony Cabin for two people on the ‘9-night cruise Europe’s West Coast, from Hamburg to Palma’ cruise aboard the Mein Schiff Flow (travel dates: 27.02.27 - 08.03.27).

The prize includes a Balcony Cabin for a maximum of two people, as well as the Mein Schiff® Premium inclusive benefits. Travel to and from the venue is included in the prize (subject to availability)..

Terms and conditions of entry:

1. The competition runs from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026.

2. Anyone aged 18 or over is eligible to take part. who will have reached the age of 18 by 30 September 2026. Employees of TUI Cruises GmbH and their family members are excluded. Entry to the competition is free of charge.

3. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.

4. Anyone can take part by submitting an entry. To enter the competition via the website, you must complete the form at https://www.meinschiff.com/en/lottery-mein-schiff-flow-q3-2026; a valid email address is required to do so. To complete your registration, the email address you have provided must be verified via the confirmation link. Unless you confirm your email address, your entry to the prize draw will be invalid. Multiple submissions via the website will be counted as a single entry.

5. A prize draw from among all entrants will take place by random selection within 5 days of 1 October 2026.

6. The winner, chosen at random, will be contacted by TUI Cruises by email. The winner must then claim their prize within three working days and reply by email to cooperation-development@tuicruises.com. The right to a prize payout will lapse if a winner does not come forward within this period. The prize will then be raffled off again amongst all entrants.

7. The prize applies exclusively to the products offered as prizes in the competition. Cash payments, exchanges or transfers of the prize are not permitted.

8. Any breach of these terms and conditions of participation entitles TUI Cruises to exclude the participant in question from taking part. This applies in particular where content (e.g. comments) infringes applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that may be regarded as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or derogatory, or that otherwise contravene generally accepted standards of decency. If the disqualified participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be revoked retrospectively.

9. TUI Cruises reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to fraud, technical issues or other reasons beyond TUI Cruises’ control.

10. German law shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Should any individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid, or should there be any omission, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.

12. The closing date for entries is 30 September 2026 at 11.59 pm.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
As part of your participation in the prize draw, we process personal data (if you win: Title, first name and surname, email address, user communications). The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1), first sentence, point (a) of the GDPR. Your participation in the prize draw and your consent are voluntary. By taking part, you are also agreeing to subscribe to our newsletter and to have a marketing profile created as part of our activities, so that we can send you personalised offers. Recipients or categories of recipients
No data is passed on to uninvolved third parties. We reserve the right to use service providers as vicarious agents. Where we use service providers, we have entered into data protection agreements with them. Should you be selected as the winner of this competition, we will pass on your personal data to our service providers in accordance with the travel contract. Miscellaneous
You are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide your personal data. However, you must provide your personal data in order to receive the newsletter and take part in the prize draw. Failure to provide personal data will mean that it is not possible to take part in the competition, in particular with regard to the selection and awarding of prizes.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, as defined in Article 22 of the GDPR, takes place.

Retention period
There are retention periods under tax and commercial law applicable to the data processed in connection with the running of the prize draw and the subsequent prize draw for the products won by the identified winner. Pursuant to Section 147(1) of the German Fiscal Code (AO), these amount to
