Mein Schiff ® Upgrade

If your booking has been selected for the Mein Schiff ® Upgrade Programme, you can log in using your booking no. and submit your bids no earlier than 125 days before the start of your cruise.

Eligible guests will be notified of this by email.

Is the upgrade programme not available for your booking? Your booking office will be happy to advise you on our standard upgrade options.

Once you have logged in, you will see your available upgrade options. The bid price applies per cabin as a surcharge on top of the existing trip price. Enter your bid and check your details before submitting the form.

Would you like to improve your chances? Then bid on several cabin categories. If the upgrade is successful, only the confirmed upgrade will, of course, be invoiced.

Important: Please have your credit card to hand for verification. This submission is for the sole purpose of verifying your bid and does not trigger any payment. Once your upgrade has been confirmed, you will be charged via the payment method specified in your booking.

Once you have submitted your bid, you will receive a confirmation by email. We may accept your bid at any time thereafter. You may amend or cancel your bid until it is accepted, or at the latest 3 days before the start of your trip.

Good to know:

• Upgrades are subject to availability only and cannot be guaranteed.

• The new cabin may be on a different deck, including a lower one.

• If you are travelling with other guests, the upgrade eligibility will be assessed individually for each booking, independently of one another.

Until a decision has been made, your original booking will, of course, remain unchanged.

We will inform you of the outcome of your bid by email no later than 2 days before the start of your trip.

• Bid accepted: Your upgrade will be confirmed and the upgrade fee will be added to the cost of your trip.

• Bid not accepted: You will travel as planned in the cabin category you originally booked, at no extra cost.
